Today I can say “last year” without throwing up, shaking for hours, or having ptsd, or a panic attack most of the time.

This was my message from the Universe today: “An important reason we want to see your present dreams come true as quickly as possible, is because we already know a little bit about what will likely happen just beyond them.”
